I’m Sarah, a psychotherapist and yoga teacher living and working in London. I am trained in pregnancy yoga, yin yoga and vinyasa yoga, and I offer yoga classes online via Zoom and in-studio that will resonate with your mind and body.


Women’s Circle

A Women’s Circle is a safe, sacred space to join together with a community of women.

Throughout history women have gathered together to support each other, share our wisdom and celebrate our innate feminine strength.
Held in-person, you will be guided in meditation and journaling and there will be an opportunity to share with the Circle before ending our time together in deep relaxation.

Pregnancy Yoga

Practising yoga during pregnancy is a wonderful tool to help prepare you both physically and emotionally for labour, birth and the fourth trimester. If you are curious about how this practise can help, feel free to get in touch with me or sign up for a class.


Yoga retreats in the South of France

Join me for an unforgettable yoga retreat at ‘Le Moulin’, a secluded water mill located high in the Pyrénées in the South of France.

I collaborate with other exceptional yoga practitioners, shiatsu and massage therapists and chefs to create intimate, bespoke retreats that provide a relaxing and restorative interlude from your daily life.

I am a yoga teacher based in London and have been practising yoga since 2000. Since completing my first training in 2017 I have taught yoga in studios throughout London. My classes honour the traditional roots of yoga while incorporating modern, fluid movement practices to integrate body, breath and mind.
